Veato Lui is my music and art project. The new album is entitled “at 4am”.  Its songs are about my adventures after bar close over a period of a year in New York city.  The sound is inspired by the things listened too while out and about - engaging with my ventures in the night. It is a fantasy soundtrack to those events. A lot of memorable things transpired over the year; some were pure debauchery while others were hazardous and some simply were heart break. The last song specially is the current mood that I am feeling now in recollection to it all. I was often surprised by the vitality and the fragility of individuals I encountered and how those have transformed my perception of nightlife. Still my hedonism awakens me and sets me out on new (or – my continued) pursuits. Pleasure through various means, but especially thorough music and how the music drives my heart. Music like Soulwax, Depeche mode, Vitalic they are central musical inspirations to this album. I hope everyone that has a listen to it enjoys, and I hope that a little of its hedonistic spirit sticks.
